1.  Terms of Return: Customers may return merchandise and apparel items within 15 days of the original purchase date.
2.  State of Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
3. Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect products only. 
4.  Process for Return: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at sales@unblemishedproject.org within 10 days of receiving the item. Our team will provide further instructions on how to return the item.
5. Process of Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification to the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
